BOOKING TERMS
1. GENERALLY: The client that submits the booking form is deemed to act as agent for all other clients in the party and such persons shall be jointly and severally bound and liable hereunder.
2. BOOKING PROCEDURES: In the event that you want to proceed to the booking, we’ll send you our Bank account details for a deposit of 30% of the total amount. The same time, we’ll reserve the dates at the availability calendars of all the websites that the villa is listed, for the next 3 days (or 5 days if a weekend is included). The booking will be finalized on the day the deposit appears in the bank account (it takes 1 or 2 days through the Banks). The same day we’ll confirm the receipt of the deposit by email and your dates will remain permanently reserved in all the availability calendars.
3. PAYMENT: Upon receipt of deposit the owner of the villa shall supply the client with a confirmation / invoice which will advise the date that the balance is due (8 weeks before arrival). We send reminders to all clients 9 weeks before arrival. In the event of the client making a booking under 8 weeks prior to departure the full amount is due at the time of booking.
4. CANCELLATION: If the client cancels the booking, the following charges are due: 8 weeks or more before arrival –deposit only. 0-8 weeks before arrival –100% of rate. No charge at all is due in case the villa is booked, on the same dates, from another client (which may also be a friend of the client or anybody else acceptable by the owner). The date of cancellation shall be deemed to be the date that the owner of the villa receives written notification (or an email). The owner of the villa shall be entitled to cancel the booking by written notice (or email) to the client if the client is more then 5 days in arrears under clause 3 above.
5. INDEMNITY: If the actions of any of your party cause damage to the accommodation that has been supplied to you, therefore must agree to fully indemnify the cost of the damage to the property owner. The owner of the villa may ask from the potential client (throughout the agreement) for 400 euros, as a guarantee, which will be refundable in case that no damages are made.
6. COMPLAINTS: No complaints have been referred to up to this day. If however, some problem occurs you could reach the owner and phone +306944323339 for the immediate solution of your problem. It is our firm policy that the best advertisement is a satisfied client.
7. INSURANCE: It is stated that by accepting your booking that all persons staying in our accommodation have adequate holiday and medical insurance cover.
8. USE OF THE POOL: The representative of the party will take duty to inform all the members of the group that: Regarding the pool : There is no life–guard on duty. No diving is permitted. Parents should supervise their children at all times. All persons using the pool should do so at their own risk. Running is not permitted in the pool area especially when the surface is wet and slippery. Nobody must swim immediately after eating or after consumption of alcohol. The pool depths should be checked before entering in the pool.
9. SERVICE: The villa is given to the client clean and tidy, with two full sets of sheetsand towels per week. In case the client requires a cleaning lady (and as long as there is one available), there is an extra charge of 60€ ( for 3 working hours).
